Your Role

As a production engineer with us, you will be a key player in our quest to create efficient and innovative solutions. Your role will be central in driving progress and ensuring that our production processes are always at the forefront.

Your main responsibilities:

• Solve complex problems and address technical challenges in production.
• Implement new technologies and methods to drastically improve productivity.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient production chain.
• Participate in exciting projects for product development and process improvement.
• Develop clear and useful production documentation, such as procedures, job descriptions, and instructions.

Your Profile

We are looking for a team-oriented and communicative person with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset that makes you a valuable asset. You have either a relevant academic education or solid work experience in the field. You are structured, meticulous, and have an eye for detail. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You will be part of a knowledgeable and wonderful team that supports and inspires each other in daily work.

Qualifications:

• Relevant academic education and/or several years of work experience.
• Work experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar role.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach.
• Good proficiency in the Office suite.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Good ability to understand and interpret drawings.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering.
• Cabling knowledge according to IPC/WHMA-620 standard.
• Good experience working in ERP/MPS systems.
